Natalie Brown, M.A.

Natalie Brown is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of British Columbia (UBC). She holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from UBC and has worked with both individuals and groups in several treatment practica in Vancouver. Outside of her clinical work, she conducts research on sexual health with a focus on virtual reality-based treatments for Genito-pelvic Pain/Penetration Disorder.

Regarding clinical training, Natalie has provided cognitive-behavioural, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based therapies to folks struggling with a variety of mental health concerns. She has experience treating anxiety, depression, insomnia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, perfectionism, difficulties related to emotional and behavioural dysregulation, and sexual difficulties. Natalie welcomes clients of all backgrounds and stages of life and is LGBTQIA+ affirming. She strives to create an environment where her clients can truly be themselves. Her practice is patient-centered, flexible, compassionate, and evidence-based.
